Low-Voltage Integrators

Cyber Technologies is looking for an experienced systems low-voltage integrator with alarm, AV, and controls knowledge. If you’re dedicated and ambitious, Cyber Technologies is an excellent place to grow your career. Electricians, please don’t hesitate to apply. We have both entry-level technician and full-service technician positions available, as well as full-time and part-time roles. We are willing to train the right candidate, so we encourage all interested candidates to apply. We offer paid vacation, certification allowance, and pay up to $32.00 an hour.

Responsibilities include:

  • Coordinate with the office for your daily appointments
  • Complete daily tasks and service orders efficiently
  • Communicate with onsite GC and or homeowner
  • Diagnose and repair issues
  • Install, program and test alarms and integrated systems
  • Report to office end of each shift

This role has the following requirements:

  • Be on call when needed
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong troubleshooting abilities
  • Ability to follow directions
  • Comfortable working at heights and off ladders
  • A valid driver’s license
  • Able to pass a background check
  • Willingness to submit to random drug screens

These qualifications are a plus:

  • Previous trade experience
  • NICET II Certification
  • Electrical License
  • Alarm Installers License
  • CEDIA Certification

Office Administrator:

Cyber Technologies is also looking for an office administrator to join our team! This is an exciting opportunity to grow with a company and receive the support you need for your career goals. This role will play an integral part in the organizational strength of our company. The hours will be Monday–Friday, part time 20-30 hours per week, the pay is $20-$24 per hour, and it’s a remote work position.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Organize & assist in optimizing procedures
  • Sort & distribute communications
  • Create & update client records and paperwork
  • Resolve office-related malfunctions & respond to requests/issues
  • Coordinate with management and field technicians
  • Review service/task tickets
  • Process payments, billing/invoicing, payroll, purchasing
  • Build client proposals
  • Assist with marketing meetings

This role has the following requirements:

  • Organization
  • Ability to work alone
  • Ability to multitask
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to learn quickly and adapt to our rapidly growing company
  • Knowledge of QuickBooks and Microsoft Outlook is a plus
